I normally don't like to work with real estate agents, but in this case I would have been lost without Harrison. Everything seems fine until 1 week before closing, and it all goes sideways. Harrison went above and beyond to make this sale happen within the necessary time frame.

Harrison was great, he was available, and held our hand as much as we needed through the whole process. He was friendly, but not overbearing. I'd also say he was patient, and came across as very genuine and honest.

If you are buying or selling real estate then Harrison is the real estate agent you want to work with! My wife and I have purchased and sold real estate with him and have been extremely satisfied. He worked to get us top dollar for the recent sale of our townhouse. What we really like is he is always reachable during the process and is quick to respond with answers to questions. He was also willing to engage with all parties (other agent, lender, attorney) to ensure the transaction stayed on track and was completed to our satisfaction.

Without I can say if it wasn’t for depth of experience, confidence and determination of Harrison Tulloss as my realtor I would not be in the home I have dreamed of for years. If you want a top notch professional in your corner there is not a better choice in Raleigh!

My husband and I were working with a different realtor at first with whom we had an unfortunate experience with. A friend referred us to Harrison and within 2 weeks of us switching to doing business with him; we had a house. Harrison was exceptional is every way. Great guidance throughout the process - stepped up to handle several issues personally because he was local and we’re hours away. Harrison did an outstanding job for me, even when the bank appraiser under estimated my homes value he fought as hard as possible to get it rectified. Unfortunately the bank wouldn't budge. I suggest that you stay away from the SECU of north carolina.

There were mitigating factors in my part that made this process long. He stuck it out and it was not a bad experience. I felt that he dropped the ball a couple of times and could have done better in sending listings but overall a positive experience.
